Has anyone established a company (llc or other) to manage your own properties?

Is Raleigh a good place to expand your multifamilly portfolio or is the market too competitive?

Do you think mid term rentals could be a good option for your client?

Sounds like you’re off to a great start with your triplex house hack and experience in multiple doors.

If it looks to be a solid deal then use your knowledge of which expenses should exist and if utilities are in question you can always call the provider.

It can be a lot of work at times but its definitely not enough to live on because I don't put enough money back for the big stuff- things like say a new roof, new carpet, fence, painting building, HVAC repairs, etc.  

Those are traits that are often internal to someone - not something you can easily coach.Often what I hear is that you should start off by owning your own home... and let that be your first investment.
