While this structure sounds ideal to us, I have concerns with it being classified as an investment company under SEC regulations or with it needing a registered investment advisor to manage it.

They all use "unlimited" memberships with Anderson Advisors (https://andersonadvisors.com/) Basically since they often were setting up several LLC's per year, Anderson had the attorneys and tax people to help set up the LLC's, create the operating agreements, and help structure their organization for both asset and tax protection.

However we are at the point in our life where the decisions we make now will establish and shape our financial future/retirement, and so it’s time to “pick something and go all in”.
