Those are in-demand jobs where pay ramps up quickly as you gain skill (takes about 8 years to become a master plumber, and any master who's not making 6 figures is doing something wrong), and they really help you know what you're dealing with as you buy houses in need of renovation.I sort of combined 1 and 3 - ran global groups of software engineers for years, then used the money to start my first business.
