Is the $10k for Engineering and Design a one time thing or a recurring expense?

Hey @Mike B.Yeah this is a first time for me and I decided to go with the butcher block because it went with the overall design and was cost effective (only needed an standard 8' section). 

I’ve thought about getting the CAM designation too.

There is a difference in designation between the 2. 

If you master these, your business will grow and you will create a loyal audience because you understand why your audience follows you and engages with you. 

I have a side thing i do. its by no means profitable but i enjoy art, so i run a small biz doing logo design and branding.Its fun and I dig it! 

I'm new to wholesaling ( NH / North of Boston / ME / VT ) and I want to have a solid cash buyers list set up and vetted prior to approaching the market place and engaging clients.

You should still engage your agent.

I'm not advising against precautions and getting some education, prior to engaging in flipping notes, but hey after you have that knowledge don't be paralyzed by fear.
