@Michael Muro Typically there are two types of coaches/mentors out there.1) will charge $5k - $50k for their services and will help show you the ropes, maybe provide you with some "proprietary" spreadsheets or software, and give you encouragement along the way.

We actually farmed garlic for a few years which proved exceedingly difficult compared to Centennial just a half hour away; we get about half the precipitation of the Denver metro area and what does fall tends to evaporate with the winds very quickly.

In most states, you are required to make a "good faith effort" to find a replacement tenant as quick as possible.Don't forget the tenant that left is also responsible for utilities and upkeep until a new tenant is placed or the 30 days are up.
