Hi Everyone!

I am Brian DiMaggio and I have been a Realtor in Atlant for a little over 4 years. I am in the last year of my undergraduate degree in Real Estate at Georgia State University. Not sure if I will go into the corporate real estate, but it may be worth checking out. I bought my first home in a working-class C or D neighborhood. I say C or D because there are many abandoned homes, but the area is turning pretty quickly. I am near some rather large redevelopment projects and investors have been flipping homes in the area for the past 3 years. My brother lives with me for a discounted rent as he is an artist with a huge amount of school debt. I also have a roommate and between the two my mortgage is covered. My goal is to build a portfolio of rental properties, beginning with residential, then multi-family, maybe some retail, etc. in the future. I would like to do this until I have financial freedom and a few thousand dollars a month in net profit from the rentals. I live a relatively minimalistic life with little debt (minus my mortgage) I am on bigger pockets exploring how to keep the real estate ball rolling! I look forward to chatting and maybe working with some of you!
