Most pay a lawyer to draft them custom contracts. that may or may not be worth it depending on how much you and someone are splitting, and the terms, ... it is what it is.If you are "locking up " deals in order to wholesale... the only way you will be secured a payment is to have a contract with the entity which is locking up the deals.

It is a numbers game and your numbers are very small.Nice thing about a list that size is you can really drill it down and send s more customized letter and you aren't going to break the bank sending and resending them letters.Keep sending them letters every month or so and you will hopefully get more calls off of it on some of your subsequent mailing (You usually hear after 4 the results get much better).
