LOLI don't have any idea what the material is.I do know, it's the knowledge and experience of the instructor you get in any "education".I also know that most teachers in real estate are about as current with legal matters as the were about ten years ago.I've noticed too that some of the dumbest statements I've heard on BP have come from "instructors". 

I understand that leverage enables you to control more properties, but you want to control them on terms that are financially favorable to your wallet.
