I'm analyzing my first deal, and wanted some opinions.I'm looking at a 6-unit building, with 2 efficiency's and 4 1-BRs, for $265,000.  

Has or is anyone partnered in a wholesale business and how did you split up responsibilities in the early days so as to increase volume and work efficiently rather than just adding a number (person) to your efforts?

It can be a very efficient way for you to get a lot of info quickly.

The more organized/efficient process you have for background checking, the less headaches in the future.

So, I feel bad for agents that have to deal with cart around, never buy clients  and I wish there were was ONE out there was efficient and knowledgeable that wouldn't try to up-sell me, too!
