How did you finance this deal?

I like the ability to easily invest in new construction deals throughout the country where teams are already set up in place and they are able to coach me through the strategy of how to accomplish my goals. 

@Jack Hamm, how do you know the wholesaler isn't overpricing the deal too?

Like maybe cut a deal with the city for affordable housing if they own any lots and want to get rid of them.   

Attorney- It's not necessarily needed for closing but I recommend it for your first deal.

And then dealing with the 20% of residents who cause 80% of your time to be used - what a pain.

That doesn't happen if you are doing a couple deals for yourself every year.
