I've been apart of many deals (mostly buy and hold) and just talking to buyers/ renters daily will offer a lot of insight on the market, current trends and what people are looking for.

We do adds daily and are looking for property's, buyers, sellers, real estate attorney, CPA, lenders, real estate brokers and team members to work together with on all these area's  in investing.

But these are less common occurrences then your normal daily activities.Developing systems, schedules and itemized list has negated any day-to-day challenges that I might face and creates a great structure for my week.

I have not found a solid VA to work my leads and other daily activities that take my time.

I would reccomend reading info from this site, pick one way and stick with learning it daily.

Would any agents/brokers care to cover their daily routines?

This gets me into the "awake mode" plus I get a chore done. 

I currently work as an engineer and enjoy the challenges it presents on a daily basis.
