If you don't have much to your name, I wouldn't worry about it until you actually have something to worry about.For wholesaling its all about your customer, the investor that you are selling to.

Back then I wasn't involved in real estate, but there were some times, especially when getting off the phone with a nasty potential customer, that I would end a call and be angry.

If this was any other industry they are your customers and you would have customer reward programs or other ways to remind them that you appreciate their business.The guy will move out at some point.

I like its customization, and at a price of only $10 bucks, for a new investor it can't be beat.
