lol) All that to say that the more you you can define and articulate your goals, the better chance you will achieve them (learned that from the book Think and Grow Rich) and it really did help.

I'm about halfway through RDPD after about a week.I know this isn't a get rich quick game, and I'm not looking for one.

Silver Spring is a very expensive market, but just 30 minutes up the BW Parkway is the opportunity rich Baltimore market, come check us out!

Those are markets I’ve heavily considered as a newbie but have been trying to understand why more investors are passing on those areas whether that be numbers aren’t rich enough for them, access to PMs, or some other economic factors that pose too great of risk to be an hour or so outside a larger market.

I have been reading about Real Estate whether it was the millionaire agent, Mark Ferguson books, invest four more, rich dad poor dad, emyth etc, and bigger pockets books.

I suggest you read "The richest man in Babylon" and also if you haven't "Rich dad, poor day".

You get to talk to them face to face and they get to see you are not an evil rich jerk. 

I guess the idea of getting rich with little money makes it very appealing.
