I'd imagine things would be very similar, even though not exactly the same.A place to start though; Since the previous survey shows the wetlands, you might be able to contact that surveying company (all company info should be on the survey) & they could tell you how the wetlands were defined & possibly start you down the right path.

I don't want to start on my own, go on the wrong path and waste time and money.

It has been done before so I intend to do just that, serve my country and build financial freedom.I cannot build this on my own, if your in the DMV area I would love to connect, ask questions, and build meaningful relationships.

I live in the area and both cities QC and STV are nice but I would look at the upside in STV as this is the path of progress for development with STV mountain development in the works.
