I’m new to real estate. What books would you recommend?

Hello everyone!

I am new to real estate and feel the best thing to do to get started would be to continue to educate myself. Any recommendations on where to get started, and more particularly, what books to read? I’m currently near the end of “Building Wealth One House at a Time.”

What book(s) should I read next?

And before you ask what area of real estate I’m interested in, I have not determined that quite yet. I’m looking to understand the space before choosing a path.

Thanks!
