So this brings my question, will this reset the 90 clock to begin on the 19th, or can we count January 5th as the original date?

So, I am outside of Philadelphia and it takes me 5 minutes to actually leave my house, cross the bridge and physically be in New Jersey.

Sometimes showing that the property has been paying the municipality for years with a different living unit count can help.

you will need to show 2 Yr tax return for a conventional loan and a lot of times they don't count capital gains as income.It better if you try to get a mortgage while you still have a job and buy a duplex with small downpayment (maybe fha loan or one of the Fannie May programs they have now - I think it's called HomePath or similar name).

Then again, maybe the city still counts the total development density, regardless of how many lots it's on.  

Unfortunately comparables were given by the listing agent and I do not have any access to an RA for other information to cross reference on quick notice.  

Not counting property taxes and all that.
