I would offer it up as funding for someones "amazing" deal who needed some funding help (I would probably factor it as the total amount 50K would buy me so call it 300K, 400K, what ever).I would charge a handsome lions share, thats about the maximum leverage I can think of..... should earn about 20K-35K if done correctly.

It ia possible to find a leak once they thaw.Weeks/months ago was the correct time to worry.Since this a is temporary (heat will be on by next year), use space heaters to thaw or prevent freezing if you can get power from a common area.I insulate pipes in semi-heated areas, and use heating cable covered in insulation wherever I have pipes in unheated areas.

Turns out, this shortfall was because I payed half of the transfer tax ($980) and was not properly credited for it on the HUD - the seller got this money.So - after the long intro - here is my question:Has anyone had any success after the fact getting a seller to correct an error like this?
