To allow owners to in effect build beyond what was permitted by the existing zoning basically means no one gets a choice of the density of their community.  

Second appraisal came in as a c4 and at 240k value (woohoo 15k equity gain).After two extensions, a litany of repairs, issues with the four point and appraisal, I finally closed on the home 3/29/24.I put 5% down, expecting to get an additional 2.5% back from my realtors commission.

They can be sold at a discount so the higher ones might get close to their, lower ones won't.

Everything else is paid at closing. 

So it would be the sellers choice if they want to entertain a VA deal ??

I feel like I’m in the perfect position to start investing my money into real estate instead of stocks because it seems like the ROI with stocks is lower than with real estate.I’m close with my brothers and we’re all working and still living with our parents, so we don’t have much expenses.

They can be close.

Close to schools and restaurants. 

I'd recommend closing on a 2-4 unit property that needs some work but would still qualify for traditional financing. 

I've not felt good at closing on any of them.
