For properties where Owner pays utilities, we have them initially set them up, naming two people from our company as "authorized" so we can deal with the account as necessary; and as with ALL Owner accounts, change mailing address to "John Smith, c/o PM Co Name, Address" so everything comes to us TIMELY.
