Their service, just like any other, is not without drawbacks. (1) I'm not a big fan of their rent collection b/c they make you deposit it into their account and I'm not overly comfortable with an unregulated entity having any say over my money. 

I am working with investors in the area and assist with professional tenant placement services: marketing, advertising, showings, tenant screening, income verification, move-in inspection, and tenant coordination, I cover it all. 

Every market is different, and I won't speak to Cleveland specifically, but for my clients in Chicago, a house hacking strategy is often more about appreciation.
