Co-Host mid-term rental

Hello BP community, I have been renting my SF 3/2 house with a bonus room in Parkrose Heights to family the past 3 years and they have recently moved out.  I would like to find someone with experience in the mid-term rental space and partner with them on furnishing, marketing, and the month to month management of my rental.
