How would you make this decision?

The only thing I can confidently suggest is that once you have made that decision, stick with it.

No decision has been made but media outlets in South Korea are reporting that the technology giant is likely to choose Austin for the semiconductor factory.Austin is already home to a large Samsung manufacturing campus, with two fabrication facilities or fabs.

First, adjusting strategies to move from one-to-fours to larger multifamily was a great decision to eliminate some competition.

The fed govt has appealed and we are waiting for the decision on that appeal.

Shocked I ask why I was denied when I showed proof of ownership the clerk says because that is not my primary residence and my return address was Hampton and she made the decision to mail me back my stuff which included plans, proof of ownership, my Class A Contractors license along with other documents  ect. { I never received it she didn't even give me a courtesy call to let me know I was denied}.

If taxes go up even a thousand dollars a year, that should not impact your buying decision. if your profit margin is that thin, don't buy it.

This was obviously not a smart decision since I was young and inexperienced and it cost me a lot of money.

Same goes for other non residential types of deals ,apart from commercial which is its own thing altogether in what constitutes a serious buyer at a certain tier.In most residential transactions however, the seller should be content to make a sound decision based on a letter of preapproval (address specific if time warrants)  from a lender that's summitted with an offer, cash offers submitted with POF or at minimum EMD enough to show promising good faith in closing the transaction out.

The decision should be based on your strategy.
