For all the seller agents/sellers out there, what is information you would like to know up front prior to considering a potential buyer to entertain seriously? DTI? Credit score? Properties owned?

Pre-approval letter; knows specifically what they are looking for (neighborhood, price, br/ba). The rest of that is for the bank to deal with; if they can get the pre-approval letter someone else has already done the preliminaries on credit & DTI.
