I'm fairly handy- I've done everything from laying flooring and carpeting, tiling, grouting, hanging kitchen cabinets, hanging and finishing drywall, roofs, fences, landscaping, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, etc.

(Hurdle 1-BUY)We spent $50,000 on rehab (converted from oil to new HVAC, repaired water damage to subfloors and joists in kitchen and bath, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new LVP flooring throughout, paint, and we converted the covered porch into a laundry room that is heated and cooled (adding an additional 140 sqft to the living space).

There is a hot water supply connection, a drain hose connection to the sink cabinet either to the branch of the sink tailpiece or the disposer, it may involve doing at least a high loop or better with an air gap.
