What is really a good idea, is to get a three bed townhome and rent two rooms to ur college friends, that what my mom did for my younger brothers whn thy were at college, she put down payment on home and had boarders pay mortage, you wd have to find a loan that wd work with your down payment.

@Johann JellsGot one of those myself -- he made a point of telling me looked me up through his brother (a cop in another borough of Pittsburgh).
