Hi - I am an investor in the Boston, MA area looking for introductions to experienced, reliable real estate agents who specialize in working with investors in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral/Naples area. I am looking to invest (multi-family) in these areas. Please contact me to discuss.

Thank you,
Mike

I don't want to kill hopes but...inventory is scarce, asking prices are high, and real deals are VERY hard to come by. The people I see that get them are doing their own marketing. Also some do well at the foreclosure or tax deed sale auctions, but you have to be more careful going those routes.
