Connie,I can tell you from experience that sometimes it can be a pain trying to purchase or refinance a property in an LLC. 

Even if you filed a lis pendens with your contract and blocked the sale, that lawsuit could take months or years, way longer than the July 7th foreclosure date.

I would imagine that it is quite a competition zone in that starting price range.I think the biggest block I have in my brain right now is the deal analysis and getting the numbers to work right.  

officials do not index by foreclosure but by owner name or lor, block etc.Absent a judicial filing for foreclosure there is no index for this this.Bob

Since Tiny Homes are classified as ADU, they fall into the Residential Ordinance.Tiny House Block, is San Diego's 1st Legal Tiny Home Community.

And were on the part of Boundary where there is about 5 blocks until the freeway going east so there is no noise pollution.

So definitely a place that requires some more research, but when you can buy a reasonable size house a block or two from the beach for 200k, it seems like a good opportunity to buy and rent.
