My position is in line with many prior posters - the bigger question is what is your opportunity cost?

After doing that a few times we realized we should find a bigger town population 100,000+ where we could hopefully fine enough deals to stay in the same area.

Keep reading until you understand at a molecular level that 10x is playing way bigger than the millionaire next door.

Hello Bigger Pocket's community,      I am always on the lookout of ways that I can network with other, high performance individuals in the real estate business. 

Maybe team up to get something bigger than we can do independently.

I have been attending meet ups, webinars, listening to bigger pockets podcasts and meeting with successful real estate investors and landlords to gain as much knowledge and insight as possible.

I  go to these things to gain a little bit of information if any, but I see no reason to go to the paid ones since I can get the information I need via online like Bigger Pockets. 

While I liked the vibe of the boutique more, I am thinking the larger companies would offer more transaction volume and bigger group of networking opportunities.
