With quality screening, interviews and background checks you should come up with a solid set of tenants year over year.

I am willing to use my background in rehabbing and remodeling as a building block.

Does anyone have experience with the background check they do?

If you've never owned a home and don't have construction or repair background then how will you know if you're getting ripped off by a contractor?

Most want to see that you have the background and experience to complete a flip as well as the financial wherewithal.
