I qualify for a MassHousing conventional loan and am looking to take advantage of those nice first-time homebuyer, owner occupied rates, actually nice PMI, and other perks of MassHousing.For background, I'm a new grad with a really nice job as a software engineer here in Boston.

I work full time in enterprise software sales and run my real estate investment piece as well. 

I know the area, already own a property nearby, and I have a software tool I’m developing that gives me the demographic snapshot quickly - median income, crime, schools, population growth, and rent rates.

I've transferred my transactions to my other laptop where I have the latest anti-virus software. 

Many of the professional softwares and self showing softwares do this. 

@Cody Betzwhat’s the software that you use to skip trace (other than Propstream)?

I'm sure it would add a lot of value to the user of the software.

I am not a user of Resimpli, but have seen it recommended by other BP members before.I thought maybe BP had developed their own software solution, but it sounds like BP Pro Leads is essentially just a bundle of already existing tech solutions? 

I am currently a software engineer and I've been at my current job for about 3 years.

Do you just use an excel sheet with the actual values, or have you invested in any REI specific software?
