Another weirdness that you may or may not face...many of the homes were continually having big wet spots appear in/on the slabs, hundreds of people, were calling leak detection services, thinking an underground plumbing leak was causing these mystery wet spots.

I cannot find out whether the loan is actually going to be defaulted on.The customer service is horrible so my advice - STAY AWAYFinally, my email to them is marked SOLVED as if to say that they adequately and fairly answered my questionI am just glad that I limited myself to the one small investment

Titles get transferred between banks and servicers during the foreclosure process, just after, etc. all the time.....no biggie.
