I personally wouldn’t buy a property without driving around the neighborhood or seeing photos/videos for that reason of how streets can change quickly.

I would put the neighborhood or nearest major cross street if that's more precise/useful.I would be careful sending out a flyer to buyers, that you don't advertise as if you own the property.

Although I know investors are flipping properties the subject house I mentioned above has a flip on the same street which is where I’m getting a lot of my numbers from as the houses are near identical.
