With God’s grace, may you win the race and achieve your goals.

So what is the quickest and simplest way of achieving this in my situation?

I read through all the replies and a few touch on my typical comments;  I will summarize my thoughts:1- Decide what your goals are and narrow your options to what helps you achieve a goal. 

These categories are self explanatory: givers give, and look out for other’s interest; takers take, and achieve success at the expense of others; matchers match, they give to givers and take from takers (aka “the karma police”)I’ve seen success been achieved by all three types of people, but I’ve only lived a short life so far, and my experience in the REI world is even shorter.

Now, my question for you all is, what do you guys think the best steps are to achieve that?

I have learned to take the first offer as long as it works for our plans and what we want to achieve and profit.

Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions on what market to focus to achieve my goals.

This reduced capital invested probably does more for our return rate than the increase in value achieved helped our return. 

Less than full lock down has achieved that in most places... 

We know that people have certain needs according to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.Food, Clothing, and Shelter are the essentials that must be achieved before moving up the hierarchy.
