Running the generator on the hydrogen thus produced and replacing the Natural Gas used in the home or business just makes sense.

I could use the card myself but I don’t really care to and to me a $25 investment into my tenants is penny’s if it saves my hundreds down the road because they decided to replace all the light bulbs instead of calling me.

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.
