Figure out what your goals are.

Have them give you contacts/referrals for some of their OOS clients, and ask them how it is going.If "anyone"asks for money up front, move on.

I would move to a different area but the net profit is just to hard to pass up. 

Looking at moving back to Valdosta next year and doing more investing.

Now interest rates staying flat hasn't helped too much, but we are in the higher season of people moving/finishing school/etc. 6-8 months ago was a bit slower.
