It is NOT a cheap city and the WFH dynamic has really thrown off housing prices (both owning and rentals). 2 BRs are renting for an average of $1900/month, which is fairly high for income in SC.Also, traffic can be rough during rush hour(s) as the city infrastructure hasn't caught up with growth.If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
