If something breaks in the unit, they should not pay a deductible in my opinion.

If you are cash poor, and can recoup cash from this transaction, it will give you some ammo for the next deal that is going to come in the next 12-18 months.If you were using the space, that would be different, but if you're looking to rent it out, and are stuck without a tenant, you become even more cash poorGood luckGino

this is old  tried and true method of simply having you pay them to get credit cards .. there is no need to pay for this service.. unless you want to of course.. there is no magic bullet ut there that is going to give you credit and financing unless you actually qualify for it.But zero interest credit cards are used by some to do rehab and then pay them off issue is though your fico score drops like a rock the second you take on all these CC.Also starting out there is zero chance of getting any kind of business line of Credit that is unsecured.

I put in an offer in a house after talk to the sellers agent she set the terms, we accepted all the terms them she add that the “seller” would not pay for the buyer commission (My wife is my agent, somehow she found out that).She asked for full price, no inspection, no contingencies?
