I been looking through the blog post and I am so impressed with this community (reddit watch out!)

So many families have Netfilx and Amazon Prime, they just log in and watch their own stuff.

I had the basic understandings from watching some youtube videos, reading through bp discussion , and a few books and pod cast.

Or can i look at places like msl or zillow or realtor please let me jnow where to look really want to start wholesellingYou can find deals on the MLS for flipping but not usually for wholesaling as most investors/cash buyers are watching MLS closely and would know about any good deals.

I am a fee based professional, the fee guarantees the service, and I  may be  $300 or so more a year from the other companies, but you will never have a multi thousand dollar rehab from a bad tenant on my watch.   

Everyone will say watch out for triggering the Due on Sale clause, but that is so rare, and as you have already alluded to, the solution is just refinance. 

She is now to the age where she is unable to continue, and we are going to take over everything for her, so she can hopefully relax and watch the money come in to her. 

I've been watching these forums for quite some time and have been very pleased with the information I am walking away with.
