I look at buying stocks as buying a company where I have to trust the management team because I do not sit on the board of directors and only get an allocated amount of votes to choose the members.

You lower your minimum because you have multiple people sharing the investment and this allows you get into more deals allowing you to diversify by asset class, market, sponsor and any other way you want to diversify.One thing I really like is the voting - this allows and requires everyone to equally participate in all of the decisions.

I use Tribevest when investing with groups, and they have a voting feature that I think makes everyone equally passive and active in the LLC, so that covers the SEC issue.

Here is a link to the location of the neighborhood I am referring to. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Sun+Valley,+NV/@...Are the lot owners on these subdivisions subject to an HOA rules and voting right like a regular stick-built subdivisions; or, is there one management entity, like in mobile home parks, that subject the land and/or mobile home owners to when it wants to raise the individual lot lease, ground maintenance, and other costs pertaining to the subdivision without consulting anyone?
