Much like a W-2 is issued for an employee, a 1099 is sent to an independent contractor.

I feel that you could have systems in place for 75% of the work, thus being more efficient and giving my wife and perhaps a future employee somethings to work off of.

I can have my 2 employees look over everything too if turns out to be a good deal.
