I have a 3yr extendable to 6yr lease, at my discretion, but with a clause that says they can sell and consequently evict me at any time if they choose upon sale.   

The CU says in their documentation that they have the discretion to charge me closing costs if I terminate the LOC before 36 months has passed.

I’m really interested in getting into RE wholesaling and I have a lots of questions, I’m saw someone who was already doing it on instagram and I DM’d them to see what I need to do to get start or even just to ask questions but he responded with a pre recorded video explaining cost and packages for his mentoring.

For those of you who are curious, I learned that he hasn't sold the triplex yet because he owns a large commercial building (1.5M) next door and wants to sell the 2 properties as a package deal.

I'm interested in Tenant Cloud but just not sure which package would be sufficient.
