Best property management software for small scale investor

Amanda Ross
Posted

Hi folks,

I'm looking for some references to property management software. I will personally be managing two SFH's in the near future and will obviously be adding onto that (possibly an airbnb at some point). What I'm looking for specifically is to be able to perform P&L statements and tax documents. I found quick books to be way too cumbersome and appfolio told me that we are too small at this point to be able to use their products. I'm interested in Tenant Cloud but just not sure which package would be sufficient. Has anyone used the "growth" package? If so, what were your likes and dislikes. I'm also open to any other product suggestions.

Thanks,

Amanda Ross
