@Corey Dutton  those states all have basically the longest foreclosure process. so lots of shawdow inventory.. and vegas had many people lawyering up stalling off the process.

Proximity makes sense for the other popular Californian migration cities like Phoenix, Seattle, Las Vegas, and Portland, but i can't seem to understand why Californians prefer to migrate to Dallas/Fortworth, but not to Atlanta.
