It would have been even more profitable if the stupid appraiser didn't low ball the value by about $20k because she wanted to buy the house!

From what I read on the forums, there are some trustworthy contractors across the U.S.I can tell you that South Florida/Miami is a whole other ball game.

However, there are investors out there that have mastered the art of low ball negotiations via the short sale.  

"But I have ball games on Saturdays""Do you want to learn to get rich or do you want to play ball games"I think when someone is offering to mentor you and in turn give you financial freedom and years of knowledge imbued in a short amount of time, you might need to sacrifice a few things that will maybe cost you xx/hr or a few dollars here or there.  

Not to be totally right but to have a ball park idea.

It's the bank so to me it's some large un emotional entity so I have no shame low balling them.

Minor league ball does not allow for financial freedom AT ALL so I worked to attain my real estate license last year.

@Michael O'Connell I cant help you out with the B-Ball but I do suggest listening to the podcasts. 

It is technically for sale for 688,000 but I would low ball a little bit and I know I could get it for 650,000.

Yea I asked him a couple times what he wanted but he insisted that I just give him whatever price I felt comfortable with which makes me want to low ball.
