But IMO I would avoid showings on holidays, he very well could have had plans for the evening that involved the horizontal mambo, I would make an effort if I can to avoid a showing on a day that is not convenient.

I would prefer to do San Juan just because it is so convenient BUT like I said earlier I have a good friend that I could partner with that is from a small town right next to Rincon so that would be beneficial to have him as an expert in the area and travel to check on the place more often.
