They are probably smart enough to wait until the court date, then they'll scurry off 1-2 days prior and move to the next victim.I manage 400 rentals and this doesn't happen to me because I don't listen to excuses or play games.

and then use the bulk of your proceeds to purchase the second house with less debt that is higher interest.It's a juggling game. 

They need to be the kind of product that you believe is desirable to your customer base.

I’m based out of Tracy but my team and I do business all throughout the Bay Area.

I love the platform but we have a large portfolio and customer base it’s turning away not being able to submit applications successfully,

Although, it’s real estate and I am looking at keeping it in my portfolio for the long game. 🤔  

The minimum bid is irrelevant to the calculation.I don't know anything about your intended investment strategy but I will offer a word of caution. 

Im good with the number especially in the long game.
