If you do this, you should be prepared to step in at any time.Also, you can not use what the last store did during it's hay-days.

Name your attorney as trustee, he/she should like that without charge, you can copy one from the courthouse, get one from a local forms store, don't take it off the internet as it may not be state specific. :)
