Lets face it, you didn't start building your wealth strategy based on a single add or buy your rentals off of a informercial. you had to layer in a foundation and actually learn what you are doing.

Location is vital for almost any STR.

An LLC in TN costs me $300/year for an annual report so I see it as an inexpensive layer of insurance.

The other layers you mentioned are very helpful and it sounds like we will be needing one or two professionals to come in to assess the septic and the well water.I very much appreciate all if this insight, and I will update you after we go through this process and let you know how it went!
