But you need to start somewhere and i feel like this might be a great opportunity. demographics are great, military base near by, new data center, and a new manufacturing facility of auto parts, there is also a university.

I second @Joe Norman, you can invest almost anywhere in a Baltimore and make money but our goals strategies, budget plays a  huge factor.If you want to invest around Hopkins University that will require bigger budget where as Hospital would be a different story. 

I wholesale virtually and invest locally; have a close contact that is an active investor in the Tampa market.  

The BP universe is as amazing as folks said it would be.

Simple things like “turn on the TV” generate far more messages with guests than it should because somehow the cable box and the TV power states get out of sync and they can’t figure it out (despite the fact that they get one universal remote to use).
