Some of the things we are considering installing as soon as we close and with every additional property: * Security cameras.

Other side of the street,middle of street,your side of street,,,BIG difference.One suggestion I havent seen mentioned yet,,is to have a camera inspect this pipe and it may answer all questions.

But if I may ask those that do webinars if they could "PLEASE" make a video that shows step by step live clips of the proccess.

I'm thinking about buying security cameras and install them outside the doors, not sure what to do about the windows.

The videos and trainings are literally groups of people spending 1-2 hours passing a low-budget (or no budget) microphone around sharing their RE successes for 2 days, it's mindbogglingly bad.

I dedicate 3-5 hours a day to reading, podcast, YouTube videos, biggerpockets articles, and just anything I can get my hands on.

@Dave Foster has a bunch of great videos explaining 1031s on his website: the1031investor.com.I'm not sure I understand your last paragraph.
